How to Apply Eye Makeup

1. Try doing your eyemakeup first. It makes for easy cleanup under the eye if you have eyeshadow fall out.
2. Prime eyes first for easy blending, and long wearing eyeshadow
3. Apply eyeliner very thin by the lash line so that your lash line appears darker, but it won't make your eyes look smaller
4.Remember, contrast in eyeshadow colors makes for bigger and contoured eyes.
5. If you are trying to achieve an open eye look, curl lashes, go light on the lids and tear duct, and apply lots of mascara
6. Use shadow to fill in brows rather than pencil for a softer look.
7. Rim the inside of your eyes with black gel liner. The black will make the whites of your eyes pop. 
8. Try using smaller brushes like a pointed definer to add depth and darker shadows.
9. Use a peach highlighting concealer under the eyes to brighten and conceal blue or grey undertones.
10. For winged out liner, try drawing on the wings first, then fill the rest of the eyeliner in rather than trying to do it in one swoop. Keep eyes open when applying outer "wings" of liner so that you can keep them even.
